1) The grooving machine can be used for two purposes. The single diamond cutting wheel can be used for cutting; the double diamond cutting wheel can be used for grooving.

2) The slot width can be adjusted by the distance circle between the two diamond cutting wheels.

3) The grooving machine must use high-quality diamond cutting wheels. To replace two diamond cutting wheels at the same time, it is better not to mix new and old ones.

4) Before using the slotting machine, be sure to check the dynamic balance of the two diamond cutting wheels.
