1. The mixer should be set in a flat position, and use square wood to lift the front and rear axles to make the tires stand overhead so as to avoid walking when starting.

2. The secondary leakage protection should be implemented in the mixer. After the power supply is turned on before work, it must be checked carefully. After the empty vehicle is tested and passed, it can be used. During commissioning, it is necessary to check whether the speed of the mixing drum is appropriate. Under normal circumstances, the proportion of the empty vehicle speed (after charging) is slightly faster than 2 to 3 rotations. If the difference is large, the ratio of the driving wheel to the transmission wheel should be adjusted.

3. The rotation direction of the mixing cylinder should follow the direction indicated by the arrow. If it is not true, the motor wiring should be corrected.

4. Check whether the transmission clutches and brakes are flexible and reliable, whether the steel wire ropes are damaged, whether the track pulleys are in good condition, and whether there are any obstacles around them and the lubrication conditions of various parts.
